RETURNS & REFUNDS

1. Can I return an order? No. Bake-ooh gives you freshly baked goodies and since our products are perishable, we do not accept any returns. 2. Can I get a refund in case I change my mind? Orders once paid for cannot be cancelled. However, if you have any issues with your order, please get in touch with us and we will sort it out for you. Call/WhatsApp us on 9986914460. 3. I have received a damaged item/wrong product, what should I do? At Bake-ooh, we go through all the products and packaging with utmost care. However, in the rare case that your product is damaged during delivery, you can get in touch with us. Mail/WhatsApp us pictures of the damaged or wrong product. If the product is badly damaged or not what you had ordered, we will send it again. 4. Just in case there's a problem and I end up paying twice for an order, what is the duration for the amount to be refunded? Our website and PayU Money payment gateway are secure and work smoothly but in the rare case that this happens, the amount will be refunded to your account within 7-8 working days.
